Program blend
Studio + App
In-person learning and mobile check-ins keep support visible between sessions.
Long game
Opportunity
Career exposure, mentorship, and public showcases turn talent into next steps.
The program brings together professional studio learning, music business literacy, supportive case management, and consistent app-based scheduling so youth can build real skills inside a connected ecosystem.

Real-world recording, songwriting, engineering, and performance practice with mentors who understand both craft and discipline.
Branding, entrepreneurship, promotion, and ownership pathways that show how creative talent can translate into long-term income and agency.
Lessons, events, reminders, resources, and check-ins stay organized in one place—so attendance, communication, and momentum stay consistent.
Stakeholder visibility, mentoring touchpoints, and showcase opportunities create a program that tracks growth while protecting the human side of progress.
OTO is designed for Seattle neighborhoods—Central District, Rainier Valley, South Seattle, White Center, and beyond. We partner with local community-based organizations, schools, and youth-serving nonprofits to make studio access, mentorship, and creative business pathways available to the young people who need them most.
Co-programming with Seattle CBOs serving Black, Brown, immigrant, and housing-insecure youth—meeting young people where they already gather.
Connecting with Seattle Public Schools, after-school providers, and reentry programs to extend studio learning into trusted spaces across the city.
Showcases, internships, and creative-economy introductions with Seattle artists, studios, venues, and small businesses—so opportunity stays close to home.
OTO is designed to bridge disconnected supports into a single rhythm: youth are seen, taught, scheduled, encouraged, and showcased through a coordinated experience.
