Based in Seattle, WA, OTO Ops to Opportunities is a hands-on music, mentorship, and creative business pathway for youth—pairing studio practice with trauma-informed mentorship and social-emotional learning led by a licensed therapist, plus always-on app support, to move local talent toward healing, identity, accountability, and legacy.

Real-world recording, songwriting, engineering, and performance practice with mentors trained in trauma-informed care—working under licensed clinical oversight—who understand both craft and discipline and build trusted, emotionally supportive relationships with every student.

OTO is designed for Seattle neighborhoods—Central District, Rainier Valley, South Seattle, White Center, and beyond. We partner with local community-based organizations, schools, and youth-serving nonprofits to make studio access, mentorship, and creative business pathways available to the young people who need them most. OTO was shaped directly by families, mentors, educators, and violence-prevention specialists across Seattle—not designed in a boardroom.
